Golf Weekend

Custom apps for golf trips & league nights

Run your golf weekend like a major.

Send us your courses, roster and games. Within 48 hours your group has a private scoring app on its own URL. No downloads, no accounts.

Two products, one engine

Pick your format

Both run on the same scoring engine: real stroke-index handicaps, multiple match play formats, and leaderboards your group will argue about for years.

How it works

Three steps to the first tee

1

Send us the details

Your dates, courses (a photo of each scorecard is perfect), roster with handicaps, and the games you want to play.

2

We build your app

Within 48 hours you get a private URL, a viewing passcode for spectators, a player passcode for the group, and organizer credentials for you.

3

You run the show

Players score from any phone browser. Leaderboards, matches and the money update live. After the event, the whole thing becomes a permanent archive.

The engine

Details a golfer actually notices

Built by an organizer who got tired of scorecard math at the bar, then proven over a real three-day invitational.

Real handicapsStrokes fall on the right holes by stroke index. A 15 gets one on the 15 hardest, not "minus 15 at the end."
Match play engineBest ball, best-two combined, aggregate, net Stableford, Ryder Cup style team matches. Odd team sizes handled, even one player against a pair.
Live everythingEvery phone updates in seconds. Watch the match flip from the 14th fairway.
Side action bookSkins, closest-to-pin, longest drive, custom terms, and a running who-owes-who so nobody argues at settle-up.
Gross and net, alwaysEvery card and leaderboard flips between the two. Dropped-round formats like best 2 of 3 are supported.
Private by passcodeYour event, your people. A viewing passcode for the group, a player passcode to score, admin for you alone.
Weather on the teeCourse-specific forecasts on the schedule and in the header, updated through the day.
A permanent recordWhen it's over: a champions page and a full archive export, every score and bet preserved for the rematch.

FAQ

Fair questions

How fast can we get our app?

48 hours from the moment we have your details: dates, courses, roster and games. Rush builds for a trip leaving sooner are usually possible. Ask.

Do players need to install anything or make accounts?

No. It's a website that works in any phone browser. Players tap their name, enter one shared passcode, and they're scoring. No app store, no emails, no passwords to forget on the first tee.

How do handicaps work?

Properly. Each player's strokes are allocated against the course's stroke index, so a 15 handicap gets a stroke on the 15 hardest holes. Every leaderboard and match shows gross and net.

What game formats are supported?

Best net ball, best-two combined, aggregate, net Stableford match play with your own points ladder, Ryder Cup style team matches, and straight stroke play. Odd team sizes are handled, including one player against a pair. Something stranger is a custom build.

Does it handle the money?

It tracks it: every bet, every result, and a running who-owes-who. It never holds or moves money. Settle up however your group always has.

Can our league play 9-hole nights?

Yes. The League app supports 9- or 18-hole weeks, and the season standings understand both.

Can we change things mid-event?

Yes. The organizer's admin portal edits rosters, teams, formats, schedules and passcodes live, from a phone, without touching any scores already posted.

What happens to our data afterwards?

Your event becomes a permanent record: a champions page and a full archive export with every score, bet and standing, yours to keep. We never share or sell client data.

About

Built for a real invitational first

Golf Weekend started as one app for one trip: the 2nd Annual Troy Hurdis Golf Invitational. Seven golfers, three Ottawa Valley courses, three different match formats, and a green jacket on the line.

Every feature here exists because the trip needed it that day. The 3-v-3 format invented on the drive up. The player who could only join for two rounds. The 104 side bets that all got settled without a single argument. When it worked that well live, other groups started asking for their own.
